Website Care at £25/month or £250/year is required alongside every new Page & Place website for the initial 12 months. Annual payment saves £50, equivalent to two months free. It includes managed Cloudflare hosting, SSL, domain administration, basic uptime monitoring, basic enquiry-form monitoring where applicable, technical fixes to existing Page & Place functionality and one consolidated request with up to 30 minutes of content work each month.
The allowance does not roll over. Larger design, copy, page or feature changes are quoted before work begins. After the initial term, choose monthly rolling care or another annual renewal. During the initial term, the existing early-termination calculation applies whether care was paid monthly or annually, with the charge capped at £75.
Once agreed build invoices are paid, the client owns the completed website content and domain. Managed hosting, support and maintenance stop when the care plan ends. Reasonable initial handover is included, while additional migration work is charged separately at £50 per hour with approval.
